Are you available to work shift work, weekends and sleepovers! Attractive hourly rates from $ 46.69 to $50.06 ph plus penalties and allowances.

About the Role:

As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be the backbone of our mission. Working under the guidance of our experienced Team Leaders and Youth Coordinators, you will:

• Support and Guide: Provide day-to-day care, teach practical and social skills, and prepare young people for adulthood. 🧑‍🏫

• Foster a Safe Environment: Create a consistent and nurturing atmosphere.

• Be a Role Model: Lead by example, helping young people develop confidence and skills. 🌟

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Qualifications: Cert IV in Child, Family, and Youth Intervention (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain it. 🎓

• Licenses: A valid Queensland Driver’s License. 🚗

• Screening: Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2. ✅

• Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays. 🕒

• Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture. ❤️
