This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality glass scratch removal services to our residential, building and commercial clients. As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will play an integral role in delivering our commitment to exceptional customer service and restoring the clarity of glass surfaces.

What you'll be doing

Carefully assess glass surfaces to identify the most appropriate scratch removal techniques.

Expertly operate specialised equipment and tools (polishing and grinding machine alike) to remove light to heavy scratches from glass.

Ensure a flawless finish by polishing and restoring the glass to like-new condition.

Maintain feedback and photos of all work performed.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our glass scratch removal services.

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

Training will be provided but proven experience as a glass scratch remover or in a similar skilled trades role is a benefit.

Strong technical skills in the use of specialised glass scratch removal equipment and tools, (polishing and grinding machine alike).

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to achieve a flawless finish.

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A company car will be provided for proven commitment.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Immediate availability will be a benefit.
