We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join this well respected high end furnishings company as a Warehouse/Delivery Assistant. Be a part of this professional team based at their Eastern Suburbs warehouse.

This is a full time position Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

Unloading shipping containers

Assisting with the receipt of incoming goods

Manual handling, heavy lifting, moving, packing, unpacking and storing of product

Organisational planning in preparation for stock arrival

Maintaining correct inventory stock levels

Select and allocate stock to orders.

Packing of outgoing goods to ensure safe despatch.

Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness in and around the warehouse.

Assisting with customer deliveries.

Driving company vehicles, when required

Furniture installation and assembly, when required

Requirements:

Well presented, strong, fit and energetic

Hold a valid forklift licence essential, order stock picker (LO) and car licence would be an advantage.

Minimum 2 years experience in warehousing

Possess an exceptional work ethic

Demonstrate honesty and work integrity

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Excellent communication skills

Good PC Skills

Be OH+S proficient
