About the role

MedTran (NSW), a division of Able Corporate Transport Pty Ltd is seeking two Casual Injured Persons Drivers to join our team based in Lidcombe. As a Casual Injured Persons Driver, you will be responsible for transporting injured individuals to and from medical appointments, ensuring their safe and comfortable travel. This flexible, casual role is perfect for those seeking the freedom to work around other commitments.

As part of the role, you will be required to obtain a Working With Children Certificate (Own Expense) form NSW Police for this job.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating company vehicles to transport injured individuals to and from medical appointments

Providing excellent customer service and assisting passengers with any needs during the journey

Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle

Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation related to each transport

Adhering to all road rules, traffic regulations and company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

A valid Australian driver's licence with a good driving record

Non Smoker a must

Experience in a customer service or driving role, preferably with exposure to transporting vulnerable individuals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide a high level of care to passengers

Ability to remain calm and professional in potentially stressful situations

Flexibility to work casual hours, including some weekends and public holiday work
