Overview:
A successful and growing IT service provider based in Norwest, NSW, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer with a strong background in networking and hands-on experience with Aruba networking products and solutions.

This role involves designing, deploying, and managing Aruba-based networks, including routers, switches, and advanced wireless modules, to deliver secure and high-performance network solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network solutions using Aruba routers, switches, and wireless systems.
• Configure and optimise Aruba wireless networks, including Access Points (APs) and Mobility Controllers, to ensure seamless connectivity and robust performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Aruba networking products, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Deploy and maintain secure networking practices, including VLAN configuration and Quality of Service (QoS) for optimised traffic management.
• Utilise Aruba Central or similar tools for network monitoring, configuration, and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing network support.
• Stay updated on the latest Aruba technologies and integrate best practices into network designs.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in networking, with proven knowledge of Aruba networking products such as routers, switches, and wireless systems.
• Familiarity with Aruba tools, including Aruba Central, AirWave, or ClearPass (preferred).
• Proficient in network protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, and wireless standards (e.g., 802.11).
• Hands-on experience with deploying and managing secure networks in diverse environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for connectivity and performance issues in enterprise networks.
• Aruba certifications (ACMP, ACCA, ACSP) are advantageous.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary Package: $120K-$140K Base Salary + Superannuation
