You would be welcomed to your new role by a very supportive and experienced team, who will ensure you settle in easily. The group is also passionate about streamlining everything for their pharmacists, so unnecessary paperwork has been greatly reduced. You will also have a very supportive Pharmacist in Charge to work with.

This is a well-established pharmacy group, and the sites have been through recent upgrades, you will be working Monday to Friday with some weekend work, and a flexible split roster in a 8.30am to 8pm store, with some earlier closures during the rainy season. The business operates on 200 plus scripts per day, and use FRED Dispense and FRED POS and back-office systems.

You will have a strong base of loyal customers who will make you feel at home. Duties will include organizing the webster packing service, providing services in vaccinations, staged supply, and med checks. Plus, as you would be joining a group that has sites around Australia, giving the opportunity to grow with the group and have the option of moving states as your career grows.

You will even have the ability to make your weekend rosters flexible so you can have some time to yourself to enjoy the surrounding townships, sights, fishing and water sports.

If you are a newly qualified pharmacist, I also encourage you to apply, as there will be provisions made for training and support. Make no mistake this will be a very enjoyable lifestyle role, but you will be expected to have superior customer service skills.

You will need to be able to show;

The motivation and ability to provide a community pharmacy environment to customers and staff.

Ability to drive professional services and compounding.

The willingness to work with others and be flexible with rosters.

Experience working with medical centers and nursing homes would be a bonus.
