About the Role:

As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing our delivery team, coordinating project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will oversee cost estimation, scheduling, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry safety standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our business across the mining sector.

The role is a residential role based in Geraldton, offering a great work-life balance and a coastal lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, logistics and execution of mill reline maintenance, shutdown and installation projects.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage and lead the delivery team to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Oversee cost estimation and pricing of jobs to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in mill reline maintenance, shutdowns, heavy industry operations or project delivery.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and delivery team.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the mining sector.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Project Management or relevant discipline.
• Driver’s License.
• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Reside in Geraldton or be willing to relocate.
