Procurement Specialist (Pronto)

Mining Up to $110k + Super + Travel Allowance (DOE)

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of Wiluna Mining Corporation for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end procurement activities, working closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply across a key WA mining asset.

About the Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, inventory and warehouse management, and vendor performance. You will be based in Perth with regular site travel to the Wiluna mine site, where you'll manage on-site procurement functions and support critical maintenance activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Purchasin

- Lead and manage all purchasing activities across the business

- Raise, review, and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery

- Source goods and services to meet operational requirements

- Draft RFQs and ensure compliance with internal procurement standards

- Resolve invoice, credit, and warranty issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders

- Review supplier performance and build strong commercial relationships

- Liaise with Accounts Payable and internal teams to streamline procurement processes

Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Oversee on-site warehouse team and supply operations

- Manage inventory catalogue and maintain accurate stock levels in Pronto

- Drive improvements in inventory data quality and procurement efficiency

- Support shutdowns, stocktakes, and new stock item approvals

- Maintain consumables contracts and ensure accurate receipting of services

What We're Looking For We’re seeking a driven and hands-on procurement professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for systems optimisation.

You’ll have:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract admin – ideally in mining or heavy industry

- Strong working knowledge of Pronto (essential)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience working across both Perth-based and site-based operations

- A tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
