Key Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Services Cloud and Customer Experience portals.
• Proven experience in administrating Salesforce applications, including managing accounts, data, and platform configurations.
• Strong background in implementing configuration-based Salesforce solutions, such as user interfaces, Flows, and customer portals.
• Experience in supporting UAT testing, writing test cases, and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to trace and resolve issues through Apex code and Flows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and provide top-notch customer support.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a bonus.
