Zenith Search are seeking experienced Senior Social Workers to join our client in their Inpatient Adult Mental Health Service team.

As a Senior Social Worker in an Inpatient Adult Mental Health Service team, you will provide an advanced clinical social work service to clients in accordance with professional and departmental policies and practices.

The organisation is home to one of the largest Mental Health Services, caring for youths, adults, and older adults. Services are delivered through inpatient units, community mental health clinics, and day therapy and outreach programs.

About the Role:

As a Senior Social Worker, you will provide an advanced clinical social work service to clients, ensuring that care is in line with professional standards and departmental policies. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to offer expert mental health services to individuals facing a range of challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level social work services to clients in an inpatient mental health setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and compassionate care.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have: Tertiary qualification in Social Work.
• Current registration with the relevant social work board or association or eligibility to registered.
• Proven experience in providing clinical social work services, ideally within a mental health setting.
• A strong commitment to high standards of care and ethical practice.
• A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
