Join the Grace Records Management team and provide top-tier customer service and account management to some of Australia's leading organisations and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and delivering client records and information
• Handling customer service queries
• Ensuring high-profile account service delivery
• Managing and securing client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage
• Processing and retrieving valuable information and managing client document requests
• Utilizing computer technology, including scanners and PCs

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum car licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with clients at all levels
• A hardworking and reliable nature
• Good grooming and physical fitness for manual handling tasks
• Good computer literacy skills
• Warehouse and/or transport experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Flexibility with work hours and days
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
