About the role

This is a full-time role as a Class 2 or Class 3 Water Well Driller with Adams Drillers based in Wangaratta, Victoria. As a Driller, you will be responsible for the drilling, construction and maintenance of water bores across the region.

What you'll be doing

Operating and maintaining a range of specialised drilling equipment to construct water wells

Supervising and coordinating drilling crews to ensure efficient and safe operations

Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during drilling operations

Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Water Well Driller in the drilling industry

Victorian Class 2 Water Well Licence as a minimum

Proficient in the operation and maintenance of a variety of drilling equipment and tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address drilling challenges

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with drilling crews

Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations
