About us Grand Pacific Health (GPH) is a for-purpose community-based organisation. GPH provides high quality health services to assist people in the management of their physical and mental health. GPHs mission is to provide equitable heath care with an emphasis on helping vulnerable and at risk of disadvantage populations as well as regional communities. GPH employs over 400 staff including many qualified health and other professionals including peer workers and community workers. GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT.

About the position The Manager, Systems Improvement and Integration will drive key business improvements across GPH with a focus on service excellence and strengthening organisational culture. The ideal candidate will have strong change management expertise and proven ability to deliver outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams, driving initiatives that improve business efficiencies, optimize processes and enable the delivery of innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. This role oversees both the Data and Reporting team and the Communications team.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working from any of our locations, reporting to the Executive Manager, Consumer Safeguarding and Quality. We are looking for someone with:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management or health management and/or equivalent industry experience.
  2. Track record of leading successful business improvements at a senior leadership level.
  3. Ability to cultivate and nurture strong positive relationship across different levels of an organisation.
  4. Hands-on experience in driving and executing change with a solution-focused mindset.
