Position Overview:
This role provides the chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team including Exercise Physiologists, Social Worker, Dietician and Podiatrist. The role will be based in a new, purpose-built allied health clinic in Frankston.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions.
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, manage pain and enhance recovery.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients on rehabilitation techniques and recovery strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records and track progress.
Proactively grow your caseload through marketing and engagement.
About You:
AHPRA registered Physiotherapist.
Commitment to abide by AHPRA and Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) code of conduct and policies.
Current Professional Indemnity insurance (up to $10 million or more).
Current CPR and First aid certificate (as required by the APA).
At least 1 year of experience in a physiotherapy role, preferably in musculoskeletal therapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Eager to work in a vibrant and multi-disciplinary team and contribute to healthy team culture.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (at least one unit/rotation at university).
Current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) participation.
