About the role
Elevated Minds Psychology is seeking a fully registered Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is making a real difference in the lives of our clients. The successful candidate will be able work remotely and will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to a diverse range of clients.
What you'll be doing
· Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and providing evidence-based psychological interventions via a telehealth modality
· Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care in a range of clientele including Medicare, NDIS, CTP, Workers Compensation, DVA and Private sectors
· Maintaining detailed client records and reporting on outcomes
· Contributing to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
· Participating in ongoing professional development activities
What we're looking for
· Clinician to join on a contract basis, equivalent of 2 days/week with flexibility in chosen working days and times
· Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
· Minimum 2 years' experience working as a fully Registered Psychologist
· Demonstrated expertise in providing evidence-based psychological interventions, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, or solution-focused therapy
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with a diverse range of clients
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
· Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation
· Experience treating in the CTP and/or Workers Compensation space is preferred but not compulsory
