About the role

Seeking an experienced MR Skip Truck Driver to join the dedicated team at Economy Waste, based in West Gosford, NSW. This full-time role will see you operating a medium rigid skip truck, delivery and collecting skips across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating a medium rigid skip truck to transport waste and recycling materials

Loading and unloading the skip truck at various collection and disposal sites

Providing excellent customer service to clients

Performing pre-start checks and minor maintenance on the vehicle

Adhering to all relevant safety procedures and regulations

Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the waste management operations

What we're looking for

A current MR driver's licence with a strong driving record

Prior experience operating medium rigid trucks or skip trucks

Knowledge of safe manual handling practices

Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team

Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Flexible approach to work hours, including the ability to work overtime as needed
