We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Store Person to join our team at our Boondall warehouse. This full-time position offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Store Person, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. This role is hands-on and requires a strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock, from small parcels to shipping containers

Unpack pallets, check off goods, and allocate stock to designated locations

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently

Assemble kit parts for orders as needed

Process inter-company stock transfers

Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy

Label products correctly and manage stock using warehouse management systems

Investigate and resolve missing consignments when required

Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles using a forklift (manual handling required)

Liaise with customers regarding orders, stock, and repairs

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while adhering to health and safety protocols

Monitor and order warehouse consumables such as boxes, pallets, and packaging materials

What We’re Looking For:

Previous warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics

High level of attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

Valid forklift licence and experience operating a forklift (essential)

Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control software

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A self-motivated problem-solver with a proactive approach to operations
