Service Coordinator

We are a leading importer/distributor of commercial kitchen & Refrigeration equipment with branches in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland. We are situated at South West Sydney with office and warehouse facilities.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced service coordinator with refrigeration experience to join our after sales team. Duties of the role include but not limited to:

· Working hand in hand with service support staff

· Ensuring jobs are completed in timely manner

· Handle incoming calls and emails from customer.

· Allocate service calls to sub-contractors and follow up repairs.

· Follow up on spare parts request

· Provide technical advice when required

Requirements:

· High standard of accuracy & attention to detail

· Excellent phone and communication skills.

· A positive attitude to a busy and varied role

· Ability to work as part of a team

Refrigeration experience is highly sought after but not essential if you have worked in a similar service department.
