About the Role

Primowalk is looking for a highly motivated Sales Agent with experience in the building, carpentry, or flooring industries to join our team. This part-time role (hourly salary + commission) offers unlimited earning potential.

As a Sales Agent, your primary focus will be converting leads into sales using our multiple lead-generation channels and leveraging your industry network. You will also engage with our CRM database, reconnecting with potential and past clients while following up on upcoming projects.

Earnings & Incentives

• Sales KPIs will be in place, with commission paid on monthly sales exceeding the KPI (determined based on hours of work)

• Working hours and specific commission details will be discussed during the interview.

• A commission-only structure is also available, offering a higher commission rate based on the sale type.

Requirements

• Building industry experience (sales experience highly regarded)

• Fluent English and familiarity with Australian homeowner, builder, and flooring installer terminology

• Valid driver’s licence

• Full working rights in Australia for a part-time/ full-time role

About Us

At Primowalk, we aim to be the preferred supplier of premium building materials. Our mission is to provide high-quality flooring at competitive prices by selling direct to consumers and builders, cutting out unnecessary overheads and middlemen. This allows us to offer exceptional value without compromising on quality.

We specialise in Hybrid floorboards and are the official distributor of Cemimax subfloor products, with plans to expand our range for even more sales opportunities.

As part of our small and dynamic team, you will work directly with the Operations Manager, who will assist with leads.

What We Provide

We support our Sales Agents with high-quality leads and tools, including:

• 30-50 direct quality leads per month from multiple sources (scalable if required)

• A database of builders, architects, and flooring installers

• Company mobile phone, CRM access, and lead generation systems

Technical Screening Questions

To help us assess your suitability for this role, please answer the following:

1. What experience do you have in the building industry?

2. Can you inspect customer projects (driving), take measurements, and provide quotes?

3. Are you confident using CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., HiPages, Facebook, email marketing, etc.)?
