About the role

M&P Services (Qld) PTY LTD' is seeking a highly experienced HC/MC Supertilt - Float Driver to join our team in Mackay, QLD. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting our road transport operations across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operating and maintaining heavy vehicles, including supertilt and float trailers, in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Transporting mobile crib huts and transportable buildings to local & interstate clients as required.
• Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and report any issues
• Providing excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adhere to fatigue management.
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and deliveries
• Supporting the broader team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our road transport services

What we're looking for

• Valid HC/MC driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Extensive experience operating heavy vehicles, including supertilt and float trailers advantageous
• Strong knowledge of road transport regulations, safety protocols, and best practices
• Exceptional driving skills and the ability to navigate challenging terrain and conditions
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
