Are you a customer service expert with a passion for relationship-building and a focus on delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our clients to foster meaningful relationships while also being involved in various key duties within our business.

Key Responsibilities:
· Online Orders Processing: Manage and process online orders efficiently and accurately.
· Converting Quotes to Orders: Turn quotes into confirmed orders, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
· Processing Orders for Contractual Clients: Handle orders for contractual clients, ensuring all requirements and specifications are met.
· Client Database Management: Be the main point of contact for your allocated client database, ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
· Develop strong relationships with clients including the Occupational Therapists and Home Care Providers.
· Extend your customer service abilities and skills within the retail sector when needed.
· Focus on sales and meeting targets, contributing to the growth of the business.
· Be adaptable to change and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
· Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
