We’re currently seeking a Customer Service professional with a passion for helping others to join our Contact Centre team as an Insurance and Membership Consultant.

About the Role:

A hybrid role working within our membership and Insurance Contact Centre. You will handle inbound sales calls, providing expert guidance on our insurance products while also supporting our fee-paying members through inbound and outbound calls to achieve new member and retention targets. You will also conduct outbound calls to assist our fee-paying members to download their EAT | PLAY | SAVE discounts app.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both sales and customer support in a friendly and professional environment.

· Answer inbound insurance calls, providing quotes and selling a range of insurance products to new and existing customers.

· Respond to general inquiries from our community and members providing up to date information and support.

· Conduct outbound engagement calls to our members and community.

· Handle administrative processes including supporting the maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

About You:

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional with:

· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

· Previous experience in a Contact Centre Environment, with a focus on achieving sales targets and other quality metrics.

· A passion and desire to help and support older Australians.

· A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service.

· Strong technical experience including the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM’s.
