About the role

The ESG Administrator is a vital role within the Emergency Service Group, based in our Adelaide office. As a casual position, this role will support the effective and efficient coordination of ESG daily activities, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team and the communities we serve. The successful candidate will work closely with our emergency response personnel and liaise with key stakeholders to maintain operational readiness.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support for the coordination of ESG company activities

Maintaining accurate records and data related to emergency response plans, training, and incidents

Assisting with the development and implementation of emergency response procedures and protocols

Communicating with emergency response personnel, stakeholders, and the wider community as required

Supporting the planning and delivery of emergency response training and exercises

Contributing to the continuous improvement of emergency response processes and systems

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, ideally within an emergency services or safety-critical environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficient in the use of relevant software applications, including database management and reporting tools

Knowledge of emergency response planning, procedures, and best practices, including mining

Commitment to safety and a strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
