About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bulk Earthworks Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading civil engineering company. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee large-scale earthworks projects and ensure they are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day bulk earthworks operations.
• Coordinate labor, machinery, and resources to meet project needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are adhered to.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and resolve operational issues.
• Supervise and mentor the earthworks team.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bulk earthworks or civil construction.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of earthworks techniques and machinery.
• Ability to read construction plans and resolve site challenges.
