Job Vacancy – Part-Time Admin Role (Bunbury)
Position: Admin Staff
Location: Bunbury, WA
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible)

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administration Staff Member to join our team in Bunbury. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and document management
Managing emails and phone calls
Assisting in preparing contracts and building applications
Managing staff and safety registers
Workflow software management
Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
Previous admin or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and Google suite
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Knowledge within the residential building industry highly desirable
