The Department of Corrections (DoC) performs an essential role in our community and the criminal justice system. Our work is complex, and we often work under difficult circumstances, but the job is rewarding.

Community Corrections services the entire Northern Territory with regional offices in Darwin, Alice Springs, Katherine and Tennant Creek with smaller offices located in Nhulunbuy, Groote Eylandt and Wadeye. We reach almost 80 communities.

About the Role

A career as a Regional Manager with DoC is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to make a difference in your community.

You will lead a collaborative and dynamic team to provide comprehensive case management to address behaviour change and ensure individuals comply with their orders and associated conditions, and directly manage, lead, train and supervise a team of staff and oversee case management, compliance, surveillance and assessment activities.

Our Regional Managers work closely with community networks to develop strategic stakeholder relationships to facilitate access to therapeutic and rehabilitative pathways and support regional initiatives.

In this role you will work with a motivated team of people committed to protecting Territorians, improving outcomes for Aboriginal people, delivering people centred services and professional excellence.
