About the role:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage the financial aspects of manufacturing operations, including getting involved with inventory management.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Support and maintain robust financial controls and continuous development on financial systems.

About you:

• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Manufacturing sector or similar is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
