About the role

Box Hill Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Box Hill, Victoria. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Consulting with and treating patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of medical conditions

Conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing comprehensive treatment plans

Providing preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management

Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with professional standards

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients

Participating in continuing medical education and professional development activities

What we're looking for

Registration as a General Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a General Practitioner in a clinical setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients

Excellent clinical skills, including proficiency in diagnosis, treatment, and patient management

A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements

The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
