About the Role

They are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with all industry standards. You will play a key role in overseeing and managing the engineering aspects of civil construction projects,

While the office is based in Toowoomba, travel and/or stay on projects will be required. You must be willing to travel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering,
• 5+ years' experience in multi-scope civil construction projects,
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, costs, and risks,
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and safety regulations,
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Key Accountabilities:

• Providing engineering support.
• Ensuring quality in all aspects of the project.
• Keeping track of productivity and analyzing it.
• Maintaining accurate project records.
• Assist Project Manager with performance reporting related to cost, revenue, and timelines.
