Field Merchandising positions available - Casual (12 - 20 hours)

Based in Adelaide Metro Western & North Eastern areas, exciting new positions are available to join our Field Merchandising team.

A South Australian owned and operated company managing multiple brands, we are looking for dynamic and energetic Field Merchandisers to join our team.

Willing to get your ‘hands dirty’, the position will be fun and rewarding to the successful candidates.

The role

We have positions available within our Field Team for accomplished Merchandisers wanting to pursue a career in the FMCG Industry. You will assist a varied portfolio of retail customers based in the SA metro area.

Vital to the success of this role is the ability to build rapport and confidence at all levels with customers and consumers. You will need to be a confident self-starter with strong initiative.

You will be responsible for:

Setting up and maintenance of in-store merchandising activities at key times of the year with frozen, chilled and ambient categories

Providing feedback and identifying any potential merchandising opportunities in your territory

Proactively building and maintaining effective relationships with your customers

Identifying client needs to develop growth opportunities

Ensuring our brands are always well presented and are in prime locations within the stores

Skills and Experience

You will be a passionate professional who thrives in merchandising various products and developing client relationships. You will enjoy using your skills on a daily basis to influence and achieve results.

In addition to this, we’ll be looking for:

Previous merchandising experience in FMCG would be beneficial to your application, but not essential.

Good knowledge of the Adelaide area and particularly the SA Independent Supermarket Industry

Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to develop, maintain and grow customer relationships

Strong communications skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within stores

Self-starter

Energetic

Flexible and the ability to multi task.

High attention to detail

Good Time Management

Loyal and looking for a long term career

Be physically fit to work

Full car licence essential
