Qualifications & experience

• Good communication skills a must and ability to work at heights and set up of ladders etc. some lifting and emptying of items, towing a trailer experience would be helpful, working outdoors and ability to work sustained times on the roof, provide safe use of hand tools.
• Some roof experience is desired but not essential.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Gutter Vacuuming - Operate gutter vacuum equipment to remove debris from residential , commercial, and government facilities and housing. Perform inspections.
• Gutter Guard - Installation of gutter guard.
• Communicate with staff & perform inspections, ensure working at heights safety protocols are followed and of the highest standard-- maintain equipment- have good work ethic to work on roofs and make independent decisions and problem solving.
• Pressure Cleaning - High Pressure cleaning of roofs, paths, driveways, stairwells etc.
