This impressive facility boasts a 100-place capacity spread across four levels – two dedicated to bright, engaging childcare spaces and two basement levels for additional amenities.

The Opportunity.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our brand new Middleton Grange centre. This is a unique opportunity to establish and shape the culture of a cutting-edge facility from the ground up, building upon the proven track record of excellence and innovation established by The Bright Beginnings Group. You will have the autonomy to build a high-performing team and implement best practices in early childhood education and care.

Your Role and Responsibilities.

As our Centre Manager, you will:

Inspire and Lead

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a passionate team of educators.
• Cultivate a supportive, collaborative atmosphere that embraces ongoing learning and professional growth.

Maintain Quality and Compliance

• Implement and uphold best practices aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Ensure alignment with NSW regulations and exceed National Quality Standards.

Build and Nurture Relationships

• Establish lasting connections with families, local communities, and stakeholders.
• Champion a warm, inclusive environment that supports each child’s unique journey.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Oversee enrolments, budgets, rosters, and staff training.
• Implement effective systems and processes that keep the centre operating smoothly.

Foster Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Lead curriculum development, implement innovative programs, and leverage state-of-the-art facilities to enhance children’s learning experiences.
• Regularly assess and refine practices to maintain our renowned standard of excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications: ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Experience: Demonstrated success in a Director or Centre Manager role, preferably within a similarly sized facility.
• Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and all NSW childcare regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and team-building abilities, with a proven track record of motivating staff and engaging families.
• Certifications: Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
