About us
We are a small boutique strata management business looking to employ a team orientated person with strong administration experience for our Central Coast Strata office.
The successful person will be assisting two senior strata managers maintain a high standard of service and client focus in a time of expansion.
This role is office based.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the strata managers.
Assist with answering phone calls, emails and client inquiries professionally.
Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
Responding to calls and emails.
Assist the Strata Managers in any reasonable duty that is requested.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration, office support, or property management.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with scheduling or rostering software (desirable).
