Based in Acacia Ridge, CSP Plasta Masta is an Australian privately owned company who is a distributor for Etex/Siniat Plasterboard with warehouses in QLD & VIC, along with QLD, NSW & VIC warehouses that supply external products such as Fibre Cement, compressed sheeting and specialty façade. With a high focus on quality staff to provide great customer service and DIFOT to our clients from start to finish. To do this starts with a great team and lots of teamwork. As our business is growing rapidly we are now seeking that next person to join us in a full time capacity.

The Role

Your role will include but not be limited to the controlled stock within the warehouse and to ensure goods are received, picked, packed and dispatched efficiently and effectively. At times you will be required to assist our experienced truck drivers to deliver and manually unload CSP products on site. We also have a ute and small truck that can be driven on car license, where if competent and licensed training can be provided which will be valuable to our needs for small pickups and deliveries (not an essential for this role but handy). A fast-paced environment, you will be working within a highly organized team that will provide full training. High level counter balance fork lift skills and working in similar environment are an advantage. The candidate will also have the ability to work autonomously and in a team

A medium level of manual handling is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• pick and pack daily orders for customers
• loading & unloading of trucks
• monitor stock levels and report stock shortages to leading hand
• keep all work areas in a neat and tidy condition.
• ensuring quality & accuracy when picking orders
• provide assistance regarding delivery/carting, distribution and delivery where required
• complete dispatch records as required.

Experience, skills and qualification.

• Forklift license a must. (Counter balance)
• A Min of 2+ years experience in a Warehouse/Logistics environment (an advantage).
• Own transport.
• Experience within a Plasterboard & Fibre Cement warehouse.(an advantage).

Schedule:

• Mon-Thurs 7am - 3pm (some 6am starts when required)
• Friday 6am - 2pm
• Weekends on occasion if available
• No public holidays
• O/T not guaranteed but 2-8 hours p/w overtime in busy periods if available (preferred when required but not essential)

Experience:

• Forklift: 1 year (Required)
• Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Forklift License (Required)
• Driver License (Preferred)

Work Authorization:

• Australia (Required)
