We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Allied Health Assistant to join our team in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Who are we?

We are OneOnOne Children’s Therapy, a multi-disciplinary paediatric clinic with locations in Bondi Junction and Mascot. Our team of 14 includes Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, all working together to help children reach their full potential.

We provide high-quality, evidence-based intervention using a family-centred approach, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment for both staff and families.

Where will you work?

Our Bondi Junction clinic is located above Westfield, with a stunning view of Sydney Harbour and just minutes from public transport, cafes, and shopping. Our Mascot clinic is opposite the train station and surrounded by retail stores and cafes.

Both clinics are custom-built with:

Large Occupational Therapy gyms

Spacious group therapy rooms

Multiple individual therapy rooms

Kitchen facilities for feeding therapy

What will your role involve?

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will:

Deliver therapy programs designed by our Occupational Therapists

Support children in areas such as fine and gross motor skills, self-care, and play skills

Assist in group sessions, including school readiness and social skills groups

Help prepare therapy resources and maintain equipment

Document therapy session notes and progress under supervision

Work closely with our therapists and administration team to provide smooth and supportive care

Be involved in school and preschool visits to support children in natural environments

Support the delivery of programs for picky eating and toilet training

This is a wonderful opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and work with a variety of children including those with:

Autism Spectrum Disorder

Developmental Delay

ADHD

Sensory Processing challenges

Feeding and toileting difficulties

Learning and motor coordination difficulties

What are we looking for?

Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or working towards it)

Experience or strong interest in working with children

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a genuine desire to learn

A current Working With Children Check and Police Check

A valid driver’s licence (preferred)
