Qualified Shop and Service Tyre Fitter

An opportunity exists at Good Year Auto Care Dalby for a tyre fitter wanting a secure future with a modern country lifestyle.

Very attractive salary package depending on ability and experience.

Full time work including some Saturday mornings and other overtime.

The successful applicant will:

• Have a positive attitude.

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

• Be a highly motivated, tyre fitter with experience in truck, agricultural and small earth mover tyres, both in shop and in the field.

• Experience fitting and repairing car light truck and 4-wheel drive tyres in the shop.

• Have a demonstrated ability to solve problems and keep accurate work records.

• Have a current driver’s license.

• Work efficiently on their own and in a team environment.

• Be willing to work to recognized industry workplace health and safety standards.

• Experience with modern wheel alignment equipment an advantage but not essential.

• Be able to demonstrate exceptional customer relations skills.
