As an Arborist Labourer, you will play an essential role in assisting our arborists with tree removal, pruning, and maintenance tasks while ensuring the smooth operation of our work sites. You’ll also be responsible for transporting equipment, tools, and materials to various job sites safely and efficiently.

• Assist arborists with tree pruning, removals, and other tree care tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used for tree work.
• Safely load, unload, and transport materials and tools in company vehicles.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Drive company truck to and from job sites as required.
• Assist in stump grinding and other related tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment.

Qualifications:

• MR truck license
• Experience in arboriculture or landscaping is preferred, but not required.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of tree care techniques and safety practices is an asset.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
