Due to ramp up from one of our key owner operator clients - Fetch are seeking experienced Fixed and Mobile Plant Crusher supervisor for a long term on going project commencing ASAP.

This is a great opportunity to work for an owner operator with secure long term work and great pay rates on offer for the right person.

Whats On Offer:

• 2/1 Roster - Days + Nights
• $65 Per Hour
• Brand new plant / crushing machinery
• 12 Hour days
• Responsible for production targets and output
• Help build and train your own team
• Leading a team of Fixed and mobile crusher operators
• Working around fixed plant and mobile plant - supervising day to day operations
• ASAP Starts

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a mobile crusher OR fixed plant crushing supervisor
• Experience operating other machinery (Loaders, Excavators) and happy to chip in and operate from time to time a bonus
• Site based supervisor experience essential must have experience on large heavy machinery
• Experience as a supervisor in a fast paced high volume role working towards production targets
• Section 44 / S26 highly desirable

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to complete online inductions
• Will need 2 recent contactable references
• Must be able to commence ASAP
