We are seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler / Store Person

Key Responsibilities:

Receipting, storage and dispatch of goods

Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move products using Forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually

Receipt all inbound shipments including Spare Parts, finished goods and product returns

SAP/ERP database inventory data

Store materials in designated areas, adhering to safety and organizational standards.

Ensure all orders are picked/packed and dispatched before 3:00PM each day

Accurately record and update inventory data in the system

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Put away store materials in pre-defined store locations (where applicable)

Communicate and give assistance to drivers, customers and warehouse staff

Monitor Customer pick up area to ensure efficient customer pick up service

Receive all domestic and international deliveries and receipt incoming materials, checking quality and quantity

Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and storage

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Perform basic quality checks and report discrepancies or damages

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Material Handler/ Store Person Role preferred

Must have current and comprehensive resume with proven relevant work experience

SAP experience or ERP database experience preferred

Strong customer service focus and attitude essential

A valid Forklift Licence is essential

Full working rights essential

Proficient in MS applications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Working as part of a tight-knit team to keep things running smoothly
