Join our Testing and Commissioning Team as an A-Grade Electrician based in Dandenong, Melbourne.
We have multiple positions across Morning, Afternoon and Night shift where you will test trams in accordance with the procedures and as per the delivery schedule. (Morning shift :6am - 2.30pm, Afternoon shift: 2pm -10.30pm, Nightshift: 10pm - 6.30am).
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out the systematic hand over from Manufacturing.
- Ensure that all Serial Test Procedures are covered and the completion of test reports.
- Manage the repair of failures as soon as they appear.
- Propose improvement of the process.
- Escalate any non-up-to-date testing tools.
- Reports Deviations, Near-misses and Accidents.
- Understand in detail the Acceptance Criteria of the customer for the Project/Product.

- A Grade Electrical Licence is essential.
- Have a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains.

- Strong Fault finding, problem-solving and diagnostics skills.
- Advanced knowledge in IT tools and smart devices.
- Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment.
- Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment.
- Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements.
