Logiwest Express is a local privately owned Transport and Logistics service provider operating throughout the South-West, Mid-West, and Great Southern regions of Western Australia. Our dynamic business is currently seeking to employee multiple Van delivery drivers for our growing Albany service.

Located and operating in Albany the successful applicant will be responsible for performing pick-ups and deliveries as directed Monday to Friday only. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar general freight role, and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of the Albany township and surrounding areas.

Key duties will include:

· Pick-up and Delivery; including efficient and safe loading/unloading of freight off of and onto vehicles

· Vehicle up-keep and depot housekeeping

· Interacting with Customers and building relationships

Desirable attributes for the role are:

· Current Work Safe Forklift Ticket (not essential)

· Valid Driving License/Manual C Class

· Demonstrated exposure to the Transport Industry preferable

· Experience in loading/unloading and handling General Freight

· Excellent communication skills

· The ability to work within a team environment

The hourly rate for the role will be negotiated through the interview process and is dependent on relevant experience, the range is $30-$32per hour.
