SOCIAL WORKER - HOSPITAL

THE ROLE

Salary: $70 - $75 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Living Away From Home Allowance

Contract: 2 days per week. 6 weeks initially with extension option possible

Location: Sydney CBD

We are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to work within a fantastic multi-disciplinary team based in Sydney CBD. You must have previous hospital experience and a background within the rehabilitation and geriatric space, along with reconditioning. You will be required to arrange and communicate with the ACAT and TACP teams for discharge planning, as well as some brief counselling as and when needed.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Qualified Social Worker with AASW eligibility
• Experience working within the rehab space
• Strong hospital experience
• Experience working in clinical settings
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Working With Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
• Driver's Licence
• Covid-19 vaccinated
