Tangalooma Island Resort, located on Moreton Island, is one of the most respected Island Resorts on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. The Resort caters to both the Domestic and International Markets and is renowned for its Dolphin Care and Research Programme. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified Plumber and Gas Fitter.

You will be a member of the Maintenance team, which is generally responsible for the upkeep of all services within the Resort. Must be self-motivated, have an eye for detail and are able to work unsupervised.

About the role

• As the resorts Plumber you would be responsible for the general upkeep, servicing, repairs and installations of all plumbing related systems
• Work and liaise with guests, resort staff and external contractors

Selection Criteria

• Must be able to provide Current provisional Plumbing license as a minimum
• Hold a current Gas Work License
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Able to commit to live-on conditions in a remote setting

In return for your commitment, we are able to offer single live-in accommodation on an island resort with all meals and utilities included (board charges apply).
