We are seeking an experienced Caravan Park Assistant to join the team in the picturesque seaside community of Ceduna -SA .

This role would suit a dedicated Caravan Park Assistant or Couple to share the role working across Reception and Housekeeping, as well as cover for the manager’s days off .

You’ll be assisting visitors traveling through the region, providing excellent customer service, and providing great support to the onsite managers.

Pay Details: Casual Level 2

• Monday-Friday: $31.23 per hour
• Saturday: $37.47 per hour
• Sunday: $43.72 per hour
• Accommodation Options available, or a powered site if you’re traveling with your own caravan!

Your Duties:

• Welcome guests, handle arrivals, departures, and phone reservations
• Assist with general office duties using RMS
• Cleaning cabins and public areas to ensure a pristine environment
• Assist with laundry duties
• Offer excellence in customer service
• Assist when needed
• Cover all aspects of the park on the managers days off
• Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong customer service & computer skills
• Must be flexible and willing to work across various areas of the business
• Minimum 6-month commitment (Longer-term is preferred)
