Focused on patient safety, affordability and accessibility, the Doctors at these leading Vasectomy clinics have dedicated their full-time practice to vasectomy and each perform over 1000 cases a year

About the Role

• Options to work 3 – 4 days per week flexible.
• 6-month contract with the potential to turn into a long-term role
• As you are employed on a contract/casual basis with Mana Medical you must have your own laptop, own car and phone
• Salary package is up to $115,000 pro rata plus superannuation depending on experience

Patient Referral Liaison responsibilities

• Promote the Vasectomy clinic’s services to General Practitioners and targeted specialists for the purposes of increasing patient referrals
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of clinic’s services and the processes involved
• Identify and develop new relationships with prospective referrers
• Manage and develop relationships with existing referrers
• Liaise between clinics and referrers to communicate or answer any questions or concerns (both ways)
• Deliver effective sales presentations to referrers
• Organise and attend meetings, conferences, conference calls, training sessions, etc.
• Maintain records of referrers and prospective referrers, including records of interactions by phone, email, face-to-face or otherwise.
• Provide reports on activity and results on a regular basis using CRM and fortnightly reporting formats as agreed
• Monitor and report on competitor activity in the marketplace

The Successful Applicant

• Must have extensive Pharmaceutical/Medical Device selling experience (minimum 3 years)
• Ideally have existing working relationships with GPs in Sydney, ideally within central/inner-west Sydney and eastern suburbs.
• Ideally have experience as a patient referral liaison
• Start date asap
• Must have a full car licence
