About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide advanced clinical expertise and care relevant to safety and quality at the Woodford Correctional Centre. This role is accountable at an advanced level for the coordination of clinical practice within the Woodford Correctional Service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing/midwifery practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
• Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience, and clinical skills in the Woodford Correctional Centre.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning, advanced problem-solving skills and expert clinical judgement in relation to the Woodford Correctional Health Service.
