Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Plumber Drainer who excels at independently handling tasks such as rough-ins, drains, fit-offs, and stacks with efficiency and precision. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in managing a variety of tasks and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Additionally, we are looking for a driven Apprentice, in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, who is ready to hone their skills in a fast-paced environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities for Plumber Drainer:

• Perform rough-ins, drains, fit-offs, and stacks on residential projects to the highest standard
• Manage your time effectively to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients to address any issues or concerns
• Undertake maintenance tasks as required, ensuring timely completion
• Provide guidance and support to the Apprentice

Key Responsibilities for Experienced Apprentice:

• Assist the Plumber Drainer and other team members with daily tasks while actively developing your skills
• Work hard and stay committed to mastering the trade—expect hands-on work as part of your everyday routine
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines on all projects
• Apply your growing knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and local council requirements
• Be prepared to take on increasing responsibility as your experience and skills develop
• $80-$100k for plumber/drainer

Qualifications for Plumber Drainer:

• Proven experience in plumbing and drainage work within the residential sector
• Ability to efficiently handle rough-ins, drains, fit-offs, and stacks, ensuring all work meets quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and local council requirements
• Well presented

Qualifications for Experienced Apprentice:

• 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year Apprentice with a solid foundation in plumbing tasks
• A strong work ethic and commitment to learning—expect hard work, and be ready to take it on
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and practices is advantageous
• Eagerness to advance in your trade and take on more complex tasks as you grow
• Award wages until the apprentice show they are capable.
