Due to growth, they are seeking to fill two roles:

Property Manager: This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career and not be thrown in the deep end

Senior Property Manager: This is an office-based role for an experienced property manager.

The Roles

Property Manager - Minimum - 12 months experience

Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced, passionate Assistant Property Manager (looking step up) or Property Manager to manage a growth portfolio of 45 local residential properties (no leasing)

Senior PM - Office based role - Minimum 4+ years experience

Responsible for all office based tasks associated with the effective management of a portfolio of 120 (with a full-time assistant), your role will be office based ensuring customer service for your portfolio is second to none.

The successful candidate will be:

• An experienced Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
• Organised with excellent communication
• An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
• Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
• Mature team player approach
