What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fixing everything from leaky taps to burst pipes, ensuring everything flows as it should (pun intended), blocked drains (jetting, CCTV and drain dig-ups and repairs) residential, commercial, preventative maintenance and the occasional new build style work.
• Completing maintenance jobs with precision and a smile – whether it’s hot water systems or keeping drains free from blockages.
• Dealing with clients who appreciate a friendly face and quality work.
• Keeping records, staying on top of your game, and making sure all jobs are done to a high standard (we like things done right the first time!).
• Completing jobs within allocated times and on budget

Who You Are:

• You’re a qualified plumber who really knows their way around maintenance.
• You are a self starter, with self management and self leadership - we don’t want to micromanage you
• Someone with a ‘get stuck in’ attitude who’s ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way, and you’re prepared to go the extra mile when it’s needed.
• A pro at time management (because no one likes waiting around for a tradie).
• A team player who can have a laugh, but knows when it’s time to knuckle down
• Must have a current Queensland Plumbers Licence
• Jetting & CCTV experience required
• You love giving high quality customer service, based on educating your customer and offering the best solutions with a smile!
• You’re comfortable with sales and recommending the best solutions to your clients
• If you're a licensed gasfitter, even better - this would be highly regarded
• If you can operate an excavator that would also be highly regarded
• You UNDERSTAND plumbing and all it’s moving parts, you can solve the plumbing puzzles
• You understand the Plumbing Standards, notifiable works, plans etc.
• You have an open mind, ready to tackle a new role
• You are well presented, you have a great “can do” work ethic and you’re a great plumber!
• You’re looking for a secure, long term role working for an organised plumbing company with set systems and processes.
• You understand the role of a maintenance plumber, and the emergency work this sometimes entails
• You value being an integral part of our team, and contribute to our operations
