About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cafe All Rounder to join our team at The Coffee Maker in Corlette NSW 2315. This is a casual position, offering you the flexibility to work a schedule that suits your needs.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Assisting with food preparation, including making sandwiches and other light meals
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, including washing dishes and restocking supplies
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
• Handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system
• Supporting the rest of the team as needed to ensure the smooth running of the cafe

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a cafe or similar food service environment
• Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workspace
